In the nearly three decades Jereme Leung has spent in restaurant kitchens, the Asian Master Chef has strived to respect Chinese culinary traditions, while carving out his own niche in the world of Chinese food. After creating unique and successful restaurant concepts in Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Shanghai, Bangkok and Beijing, the chef cum restaurateur has become a brand in his own right. To share his own style of restaurant management and culinary excellence, Leung founded Jereme Leung Creative Concepts - a restaurant consultancy company that aims to continue a lifelong pursuit of perfecting Asian/ Chinese cooking.
